The Challenge

The advertising industry is notorious for its lack of transparency, particularly when it comes to media spending, campaign performance, and strategic decision-making. Our goal was to create a digital space where our partners could access every detail related to their advertising campaigns. We envisioned a 'partner portal'—a comprehensive, user-friendly platform that would house all the relevant information about their marketing efforts in one place.

Execution

As the creative lead, I oversaw the development of the Partner Portal, ensuring it met the needs of both our agency and our partners. The portal provides full transparency into every aspect of our partners’ advertising efforts, including:

  • Ad and Commercial Inventory: Partners can view all of their commercials and creative assets in one place, making it easy to review and track ongoing campaigns.
  • Media Budgets and Traffic: Partners have access to real-time updates on their media spending, traffic allocation, and budget management.
  • Digital Reporting: A centralized dashboard offers detailed analytics on digital ad performance, allowing partners to track ROI and optimize their campaigns.
  • Meeting Notes and Communication: All meeting notes and communications are logged within the portal, ensuring that partners stay informed about ongoing strategy and next steps.
